甲˙目標：

項目符號

促進同學對學習歷史的興趣和熱誠；

培養同學獲取知識的能力，以期能夠了解過去人類的活動與現今世界各種發展之間的關係；

增強同學在數據分析和推論方面的能力，以期發展客觀處事之態度，以及能夠分辨各種史觀之間的異同；

鍛練同學的表達能力，如透過論述文章、口頭報告或角色扮演等；

讓同學明白史事之間的因果關係，從而體會當中的轉變與延續。

　

乙˙運作：

本校初中不設歷史科，但同學在通識教育科已獲得若干歷史知識；
項目符號

本校中四至中五年級均開設歷史科，並以活潑生動的形式教授會考歷史科課程。除一般課堂講學外，老師亦會帶領同學參觀博物館或觀賞電影，同學對學習歷史的興趣和熱誠都有所提升；
項目符號

本校中六至中七年級亦開設歷史科，內容緊隨高級程度會考課程。歷屆中七同學均能獲取良好成績，對升讀大學有莫大裨益。
